Blizzard wants us to spec more into dips. The whole point is that our dups. is increased by these talent choices and it makes threat much less of an issue. And that is the reason Stir is so important now. When we start raiding we suggest you completely focus on Stamina and Defense, because dips will be able to catch up to your threat just yet. Later on, though, dips will start to catch up, and this is when we need to focus on Str. Stir and Stamina are also the stats to put on once diminishing returns on Avoidance starts becoming too big.
