Missing Items in InventoryGreeting Dungeon Fighters,
We are aware that some players are not being able to access certain items in their inventory after they experience an unexpected game crash or certain items missing after logging back in. Our team is actively working on resolving this issue over the holiday.
If you are experiencing this problem, please submit a customer support ticket, and we will be sure to follow up after investigation. When submitting a ticket, be sure to provide as much detail information as possible in order to help with our investigation. Information such as exact channel name, time, missing item names and actions taken right before the problem occurred will help us find the solution faster. Although this problem isn't happening to majority of our players, due to the randomness nature of this problem, investigation is taking longer than we anticipated.
